Robert Cook - Business Partner and Group Account Director
Rob has vast experience in marketing and media. He rose to the position of General Manager and Associate Director for the Victorian Broadcasting Network before becoming Joint Managing Director and Account Director at Cook, Green and Moore.
Rob is active in the day-to-day management of Challenges Accepted, working with clients and overseeing the team. A former Bendigo Citizen of the Year, he is very involved with the local community and is the Chairman of Horizon House, a charitable organisation for homeless kids.
Ian Green - Business Partner and Creative Director
Ian built his advertising career on brilliant creative work for multi-national advertising agencies USP Needham and Leo Burnett on accounts such as Heinz, Cadbury Schweppes, Macleans, Philip Morris and Budget Rent a Car.
At Challenges Accepted, Ian's main focus is the strategic development of brands, idea generation and the creative review process. Ian is also Chairman of The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion, responsible for constructing the largest (Buddhist) Stupa in the western world.
Sherri McIver - Creative Director and Copywriter
Sherri McIver is a very experienced marketing communications strategist, creative director and copywriter. She has worked for multi-national agencies Ogilvy and Mather, Darcy Masius Benton and Bowles, Scali McAbe Sloves and DDB Needham on major accounts including Philips, Mars, Ford, Telstra and Heinz.
In 1990 she was invited to establish the Copywriting subject in the Advertising Degree course at RMIT. Sherri has won several advertising industry awards including a Caxton, Golden Stylus, MADC Award and New York International Radio Ad of the Year.
Nic Bannan - Account Manager
Nic has extensive experience in business management as well as brand and business development.
Nic holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) from Latrobe University and is currently completing his Honours Degree in Economics and Diploma in Financial Planning. Nic is a recent recipient of the Latrobe Infinity Leadership Award, The Latrobe Award and the Rotary Youth Leadership Award.
Nic is a director of the Bendigo Traders Association, Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre, Horizon House Bendigo, Renew the Spirit Foundation and the Rotary Club of Bendigo.
Dane Wild - Account Manager
Dane Wild is an experienced marketer and strategist having worked for multinational Kraft Foods, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and has gained international experience with Royal Bank of Scotland in London. He has an Honours Degree in Marketing and based his thesis research on brand awareness and recall.
Dane has specific marketing experience in the areas of banking and finance, telecommunications, insurance and retail products with a focus on marketing communications and direct marketing. He also has a strong interest in branding and brand development and has overseen the management of complex marketing campaigns and projects.
Alicia Barker - Assistant Account Manager
Alicia is Bendigo born and bred and brings a wealth of graphic design and customer service experience to the team. Her career so far has given her a range of knowledge in many different fields with a particular interest in health and fitness and a growing love for the arts.
Having worked in the customer service industry for the last six years, she has established a strong reputation within the community and is enjoying the next step in her career at Challenges Accepted.
